All good advice above. Like others have repeatedly said, don't talk about business. Don't say anything about money or explicitly mention any services. This screams "building a case against you" to the the escort on the phone. After all, you're just asking her for a date. Your intentions are only to spend some fun time with a lovely lady, without any complications or unwanted entanglements. Don't make it overly complicated.
