I use the standard definition. A male lesbian is someone who although technically male would prefer to be female and as a result thinks and behaves as one would expect a stereotypical aggressively lesbian would when processing his/her own thoughts as pertain to genuinely male behavior.

Most of our examples here on the hook board take the form of pandering to hookers of all thing to pander to, and to rush to the defense of them when a maverick bad-guy spouts off.
