Funeralman, I am glad to hear you are clear. My wife died from cancer and it scares the fuck out of me! Good luck in a continued healthy life.

I tell you this board has helped me get through some pretty hard stuff. The people on here are awesome about helping you keep a positive outlook on things. I have to do my check up to see if my tumor is growing at the end of this month. Several friends on here always message me and I am very thankful for all of you!
FM,

Glad to hear the good news, and best wishes for continued C-free living. This board does have some fabulous and supportive folks, and it really is cool to hear about it when someone is down.

And Alyssa darlin', you continue to amaze me with what a truly caring and special person you are. I am so glad to know you, and thanks again for bringing me here to ECCIE.

So you're saying Alyssa cures cancer? I wonder if I can get my HMO to cover her... Originally Posted by TheBizz

Thanks for all of the replies, makes me feel good.

To Jasser and Cohorn,

Yes I have a special friendship with Alyssa that I have with no other provider. She is a great girl. We will talk almost everyday and its about everything but the hobby world. I have been there for her when she was at her lowest a few months back and she in turn was there for me when I needed a pick-up.

You could call me her White Knight, and that's fine with me, when some one comes on the board and calls me her ATF then yes I will defend her, because she has showed me the side of her that very few men will ever see. A true friendship that very few men will ever have even with there own SO. So yes I do have special feelings for Alyssa. But I know this is a different world and there is a line that will not be crossed by either one of us. Be safe my friends.

It is very hard to sit around and wait for results. I too saw a specialist and I will never forget the look on his face when he had me come in for results. They never have you come in for good news. Just the bad shit.

A very close friend of mine died a few years back in his 20's. He was a professional bull rider on the circuit. Brain cancer got him and he went very fast. Life is strange in that one minute you think you are invincible. The next you are doing infusion treatments at SW Medical Center. I used to jump out of helicopters. I thought I would never die or be sick. It is humbling. I am glad everything is good FM. I appreciate the kind words.

Second I want to Thank Alyssa, because everyday for the last week she would send me text's and emails telling me not to worry and keep my head up because she knew I was Cancer free. Thanks Alyssa [/QUOTE]

Alyssa, I thought it was pretty cool of you to check up on FM everyday for a week. I didn't realize you guys were close friends when I posted that. In any event, its still cool.
