Etsy has many handcrafted toys and furniture. I'm at the point in my life that I am generally only buy very high quality toys - there are few exceptions. I want the toys I buy to still be in my collection in another couple of years. Many Amazon toys are simply not made well. A lot of them are novelty toys.
