Issue in the bedroom - climaxing

Certain medical issues like DIABETES can be the culprit too.

how long have you been on the Meds? you said this has been an issue for years, so it may pre-date any medications.

the other guys are right about too much jacking-off desensitizing you to the real thing.. that could be all of your problem.

The meds could be a problem, that's something you just have to deal with. ED meds may help, if you can take them.

Sounds like a bit of a mental block, as well. You may need some real training, with a specific woman, to work on some things. If you are under a time crunch, something like a vibe, with the woman, not alone, may help get things moving. Less porn, alone anyway, and not getting yourself off as much, will help switch mental gears.

Don't be afraid of trying new things or looking for some help. Many people are slightly different about what works, and what works best. It's your body, you deserve to find out how to get whatever pleasure may exist.
Do you take any medications? I was put on an antidepressant last year that made it very hard to cum it also blew me up like a blimp lol glad I'm off of it finally and feeling myself again.

If not it may be a mental block, sometimes you tell yourself you can't do something so much that your body will follow suite Originally Posted by Jules Jaguar

You'll be amazed by your lack of stamina after that. Your gun isn't firing because you might simply be out of bullets.... you jerk off once or twice on day prior to actual sex, your not going to shoot fast. Hit 40 and try that and there's a good chance you won't get it up at all for the real thing later.

You should bring it up with your doctor but I think those meds would just give to some erectile disfunction if they were going to affect you in that way. No the achieving an orgasm sounds like something else besides the meds is your issue.
