well on the slippage issue i have had them try to ride off due to the practice of the lady putting lube inside the condom prior to install! and they were my own condoms that are proper fit!

And i would suggest never using any Mans covers that he brings. Always provide your own that way you know there is no holes or anything in them. If they need a special condom it's there job to let you know before hand so you can purchase them. And of course that should be out of your pocket as that's your job.
