Two words: Dirty hands. The penis is covered when it goes in. The fingers are not, and thus I want them nice and freshly washed. Well we have been talking about hobbyist fingering the ladies but what about the lady giving prostate massages? I do love my prostate massage if the nails are trimmed back. I might add that while short nails are best for manual pleasure, please do not cut your nails right before an appointment, unless you're going to file down the edges. Nail trimmers leave *sharp* edges, no matter how short the actual nails are. Also, if you're one of those people who actually goes out and does *real* work - be aware of any callouses you may have developed. Dry skin hurts!
