I think this may be a learning lesson for providers, in that your forum banter can lead to negative publicity and sour your business. I know that there are other advertising sites, etc. but it is hard to recover a good reputation once you have lost it. I think Ms. Moon is going to have a lot of explaining on this one.

Literally all one has to do to spoof a text is use one of the many free apps or websites out there. It can be done in all of 5 minutes.
