Yes, PM me anytime, I think hearing from a provider is good business. Let regulars and frequent hobbiests on the site know your availability, as they are proven/reliable clients. It's a more targeted audience. Plus a bonus pic here or there doesn't hurt!

I wouldn't mind a PM or email. I would mind a text much more though as that sort of intrudes it's way into whatever you are doing with whomever. Apple users will end up with that hitting a laptop in the middle of a presentation. That would not be good.

Probably best to ask client how receptive they are to having an open line of communication. Everyone is different.

PM or email is ok, and as others noted its nice to know your being thought about, and if it helps to get a bit more business then everyone is happy.

I did have to block someone texting me last year, always a good time together but then the requests for $$ started, gave me shit for not replying quick enough, lets forget whatever was happening in my world at the time, apparently her needs were more important

Guys need to remember that most gals will not proactively contact you for any reason. This is nothing more then a hobby. Don't get caught up in the illusion that there is more. You will end up getting butt hurt.

Y'all prob won't believe this but even someone like me who knows people in high places and is experienced has gotten butt hurt by 2 ladies. Therefore, if it happened to me then don't feel bad that it happened to you.
