Be extremely careful in buying a used vehicle as unscrupulous folks will be trying to unload flood damaged cars from hurricane Harvey. Check in the trunk for signs of water damage and pull out the rear seat if possible.

Although good info, areas are still flooded there, claims still need to be processed and so forth. We wont be seeing flood vehicles for at least 2 months and that's wishfully thinking. Damn cars would be still draining water out of them, if they were on a lot up here already, lmao!
