Oddly true but state reps MUST live in the district that they represent but according to Florida law the state cannot put any more restrictions on federal offices which only require being a resident of the state. Weird... Still, the dems used this against a GOP candidate in Kansas a few years ago. His name escapes me but he had maintained and worked out of an apartment near Kansas City, KS while his family owned a house in a different state. I believe he was running for either Secretary of State or Attorney General. I had just moved into Kansas, knew his name, but had never really supported or disavowed his actions as I was from Missouri. They also tried to say that the attractive woman living next door to his apartment was his mistress until some news crew caught up with her and she didn't even know who lived next door much less slept with him. As with all things democrat, rules for thee but not for me.
