Trump vs Sports

Did you just quote yourself and ask a rhetorical question, of yourself?

Isn't that the same as jerking off on the board, SHARKY?

What's your point? Are you trying to point out that people weren't feeling oppressed by their own leader before the rise of the Turd Reich?

I'll buy that.

Down with TWITLER! Down with TWITLER! Down with TWITLER!

And aren't you glad this isn't hockey season? You'd be flat conflicted when San Jose came to town, wouldn't you, SHARKY!

If free speech is only for non players, then he should have told the fans to get off their fat ass and phone and stand.

I wonder if that photo was shot at the Capitol in Sharksville?

Come on Sharky! Tell us which Capitol that photo is from. Austin? Because THIS ONE IS and yes, I was there! No parking permit needed.

Steelers aren't taking the field for the Anthem. I'll watch something else today.

Private enterprise is not restricted by the First Amendment, in the absence of some statute (as opposed to scary statue) applying the First Amendment to the particular enterprise.

The NFL and/or NFL teams it is my understanding are not covered.

Furthermore, I suspect professional sports contracts have provisions that apply to the public display of disrespect for the United States while players are "on the clock"! The provisions may not say that SPECIFICALLY (and the ones I've seen don't), but there is language related to behavior and public displays, which I have seen, on and off "the clock." If the Team wants to the Team could fire for that behavior.

So trump has basically called to boycott the nfl till they make everyone stand for the NA. I'm all for standing and I was not for the whole taking a knee thing... till yesterday. When he spoke at that rally with such anger over someone taking a knee called them SOB. I won't be standing either anytime soon. I will just take my seat. Its a sad day. For me I think all black millionaire athletes should sit out the Olympics as well. Originally Posted by Trey

So the NFL can and IMO should put an end to this stupid disrespect of the flag. If you don't want to stand for the anthem then stay in the locker room. If this continues and the fan base dwindles then the next TV contract will be less. Less TV money means lowers salaries for the players.

This bullshit will Colin Kapernick is pretty fucking funny. The POS started this crap and now can't find a job. Not because of this but because he isn't good enough for a team to put up with his shit. If it was Tom Brady or any other top player in the league you can bet your ass they would have a job.
