Civility

As long as there are places to post on the internet there will always be those who feel the need to be chipy. I'd like to say I have never been sarcastic but I'm sure in years gone by I have. I really strive to be civil nowadays. From what I have seen and heard over the years it's clear that those who engage in constant flaming do themselves no favors in the lifestyle and are apt to gain a less than favorable reputation. I say Scorpio31, old bean, I think you have greatly misconstrued my post.

I don't know why you would do that in the way you did?

I abhor haters, and loud noises and those that try to bully their opinions on another by outshouting them.

I hope you are not trying to take a cheap shot as I would not like that either.
Catnipdipper, you have always been more than civil and a perfect gentleman in my experiences with you.
I was soooooo stunned by your beauty I was numbed into good behavior!

There was a sad fellow over on a bar stool talking to the bartender, who was polishing a glass and listening with that plastic smile people wear when they are trying not to scream!

It would be expensive!

There's no doubt that the anonymity and physical security of online posting give some folks elephant balls. When I first started posting online back in the Usenet days, certain words would get my Irish up. Over time, I realized that the net is full of paper tigers and there's not much point in letting it get to you or reacting.
