Not taking any sides in this discussion, merely pointing out that

-- No matter what money value a guy or a gal applies to potential or actual services rendered, those are his/her individual decisions and should not be subjected to criticism (or for that matter, praise) per se.
The fact of the matter is that
-- no matter what one of us thinks about a hobbyist's choices, they are what they are.
-- no matter what one of us thinks about a provider's offerings, they are what they are.
Making personal remarks about others in the hobby are unwarranted, but, evil or kind as they may be, they do offer insight into their psyche and personality despite what some might say are big differences between an on line persona and that individual's real world in person persona.
