Actually it was proven to me back in my navy days that most humans will float if they don't struggle. Problem is that our level of buoyancy is such that just our eyes will be above water and not our nose so we drown. And when we get that little bit of water in us we sink.

So Rockydoc, your aquarium decoration should be fine as long as it doesn't struggle and is real and not an implant.
