Its was only a matter of time before Macs would be affected.
Most browsers can be set to automatically clear their cache and Temporary Internet Files areas when the browser is closed. Yes, CCleaner is a very good program for keeping your computer's hard drives clean.

The following are all good free tools for keeping the computer clean and free of malicious code as well as other nasty stuff.

Revo Uninstaller

Avast! Antivirus

Great article Pb. It was only a matter of time. Malicious code is out there for anything and has been for a while now.

Probably not a bad idea to delete all your cookies from time to time and then go back to sites you trust to reload them.
