and thes groups are actually not meeting the requirements of the law - that's the very nature of the waiver - they are letting them out of the requirements of the law. Most of them have lifetime caps on payments - The Obamacare law doesn't allow for such caps.

"...and the IRS' gift-tax assault on 501(c)(4) donors."

This, to me, is hilarious. Rich fucks want to anonymously buy the next election. The IRS looking into those donations and considering if they should be taxed as gifts is labelled as a "GIFT-TAX ASSAULT ON...DONORS". The assault is being done by the 501(c)(4) donors. The IRS is just doing their job. If anything, if would be a defensive maneuver.

Is this newspaper article printed on toilet paper? If so, it might be worth something.

Man, I can hear President Obama singing "I Put a Spell On You" from here. You really think that the reason they got exemptions is because they are doing such a good job? LOL! Is there any documentation of that anywhere? Is it odd that the companies doing the best job are in Nancy Pelosi's district? How many of the companies are in Red states? These exemptions are political payoffs, pure and simple.

You guys are so much fun, I hope the kool-aid is tasty.
