Makeup on your provider or no

I love makeup...and you will probably never catch me in a session without it unless you request it first...

I feel like I look different without makeup .....and so that's why I'm always wearing it...

What are your thoughts on your provider wearing makeup or Not? I think I even have a couple pictures I can post to show the difference in what I see lol.

No makeup

Makeup should be a minimal enhancement, not a coverup applied with a putty knife.

I like when a provider dolls up a bit, not so much that it gets in the way of the business at hand. Mascara, eye liner, etc. Lipstick not, its just going to smear all over the place. I also like her to smell fresh, nice but not overbearing skin lotion. In a sense, i do the same, clean shaven, etc.

I've seen providers the first time with make-up and a second time without. In the case of the second visit I wasn't really sure it was the same provider! Consistency is key for me. Just show up the way you represented yourself in showcase. That's the provider look I selected.

If you need make up, use it. If you don't then don't.

In both cases where make up/no make up pics have been posted, I like the no make up pics better in both cases, especially the second one. The eyes just look more normal.

Answer is always yes with the exception of heavy lip gloss / lip stick. Nobody wants that sticky stuff on them or their stuff.

I personally LOVE make-up, but could go either way. I say do what ever makes you happy. However you feel most comfortable/confident. If you aren't feeling either comfortable OR confident your mind isn't completely 'in the moment' if you know what I mean. (And I think you do). Anyway..that's my take.

I'm of the mind that people aren't paying me 200-300 dollars to make zero effort.

Now, I don't put my makeup on with a spackle knife, but I do keep it tasteful. Everything done except lipstick.... for obvious reasons.

I prefer that the lady looks in person as close as possible to the pictures she has posted. If she is made up in her pictures she should also be during the session.

I suggest the ladies post pics in both states and let us request our preference. If they do not wear make up for sessions, then post a couple pics that way. We are visual creatures, you know.
