You would've partially defrayed your costs by coming through here on your way home. But it's unfortunate that not everybody answers when opportunity knocks.

Thank you everyone, for your kind words! It is greatly appreciated and sure brought a smile to my face!

I have decided that I am going to return to KC soon and try again before I just give up on it completely! I'm not sure what dates yet, but will be sure to post them in the appropriate forum when I know.

As for my Colorado trip, I am pretty certain it will go well, as most who have scheduled with me already sent me a deposit to hold their time. I'm wondering if this is a practice I'll have to continue in the future for all cities, as it seems to discourage those who aren't serious or don't care about wasting my time... but seeing how most of my kc appointments were booked with regulars I foolishly assumed there would be no issues with nc/ns.

I'd like to thank those who inquired with me about scheduling after I made my original post. Unfortunately, by that time, I was already packed, getting ready to check out, and had made my mind up I was leaving. Hopefully we can make a connection in the future, though! A lot of people said they weren't aware I was in town, but I actually started advertising my trip clear back in April, so I'm not sure what more I could have done! lol

As for other girls offering lower rates, well, I had a special running as well that was quite reasonable for the services I provide. Naturally, there were those who tried to call and get me to accept less than what I was comfortable with and they seemed offended that I didn't just jump right on it. Just because my trip didn't go according to plan that doesn't mean that I should be expected to conform to something that I feel is not reasonable for my time. I was disappointed in my trip, but by no means desperate, and I felt insulted by their "offers". (you know who you are!)

On a final note, COG ~ I would have loved to have dinner with you! You should have called! Once again, all your fault! lol

yes staci, the sad part is that there are girls who have lowered the standards for us which has made it harder for us to be treated accordingly and compensated accordingly. It has also affected their attitudes towards cancellations and no shows because they have been affected by some providers who don't care about being professional....I'm new to kc and I feel your pain but just know that for every a hole or cancellation there will be a few really awesome gents that will make up for the dissapointment!

holy smokes, aspen! you're smokin hot!! who, in their right mind, would cancel or ns you?! i might have to make an appointment myself! lol

This post kind of scares me, simply because I have talked to a couple other traveling ladies recently that have had the same experience in KC. I am scheduled to be there later this week and really hope not to have the same experience. Traveling is very expensive so leaving a touring lady (or any lady at that), high and dry is VERY frustrating!

Well i have a thought,Now i know that most ladies tend to travel I myself dont because i know there are many grand gents here in kc who know a good thing when its here.I say those of you who do travel look up others whom are going to be in the same area as you, and get a handful or so(not to many to drive to much attention to you all)of trusted ladies and and put on a K.C version of the moonlight ranch deal.Just food for thought

Staci don't feel bad this whole week has SUCKED horribly and taken a major toll ...I don't think it was just you..I barely broke even myself for my weekly cost..Keep your head up though it's the ways of the business you never know its always a hit or miss..

Well, after repeated cancellations and a couple of no show's, I've decided to end my tour of KC early and head home.

I'm extremely frustrated and upset because most of these appointments were booked with "regulars", some who apparently didn't think I was even worth a cancellation phone call or follow up email. Thanks.

I understand a gent's frustration of no show/no calls, but let's face it, your time running around town and $ spent on a lil blue pill is minimal in comparison to the time and $ a provider spends on touring, just to end up going home unhappy and barely breaking even.

I haven't visited KC for a long time, and decided to visit after multiple requests...only to end up sitting alone in a hotel room with a silent phone and no emails....LAME!!!

Ok, enough of my bitching, just had to get that off my chest.

I had a similar experience today with a provider. The funny thing is she said that she was comming my way and and suggested we meet. I was more than glad too. But after two telephone calls 30 min and 5 min, before the designated time and no answer and a final one 30 minutes after the designated time, where I said I was giving up and goodby. What is wrong with people who cant say "not intersted." Guys are afraid of the wrath from the provider, but for a provider to play a game like this is absurd. It's not like she is a girl either, she is of mature years. Give me a break, and everyone, please grow-up!
