We had a significantly liberal administration when Clinton was in office. We had an even more liberal administration when Obama was in charge.

The decriminalization and legalization of The Hobby should have been done by either of them . . .long ago.

In California, the powers that be are scrambling for revenue with taxes on everything. They even want to tax things like the increased value of your house before you sell it! ("unrealized gains"). Why don't they just legalize The Hobby. regulate it . . .and tax it?
