i stand by the rvw. nothing was posted to intentionally trash the provider. if these things had not occurred there would be no reason to post. the rvw was edited by staff for things i was unaware i could not include. the sight should protect BOTH providers AND hobbyists. admittedly i did not make a wise decision letting her in the car & giving her the full donation after dinner in good faith for a future appt ... that idiocy is completely on me.

the main thing i want to address is she states i threatened her family ... absolutely not true. would not do that to anyone ... especially not people who have been unknowingly (seemingly) brought into her escorting. she gave me access to information that made it very easy to find very personal & detailed data about her family ... i reminded her of this when she was treating me like shit b/c if i were a real asshole, i would use that stuff against her ... but that is not how i do things. i did tell her that if she did not follow thru on the actual session or returning my donation (which she offered), i would post a negative review ... which has occurred ... obviously.

As I posted in the review, if any provider is OVERLY TRASHED, the review is suspect. We have no way to resolve the truth here. All her reviews gave her a YES recommendation and the last review posted some pics. We will await future reviews and comments about her and any about the reviewer!!!!

I have to side with BigHorn.. my experience with these "he said she saids", is when the guy is telling the truth, he writes a long narrative, full of detail.. when the lady rebuts, she parses out one item or two, and tries to make the guy look crazy.. in other words, she tries to impart a negative character to the guy, hoping facts get buried. she also says, as Stormie did, "believe what you want to believe", instead of responding to doubt with coherent detail.

I've also seen several cases similar to this, where the lady begrudgingly agreed to give back money she effectively stole, then never did return cash.

Stormie; if he took you to dinner, that’s on him, you don’t have to pay him back for your meal. HE invited you to dinner right? Some ladies do charge for their time, when dining with a client, (I don’t, I consider a good restaurant a treat, and it had better be a very nice place, lol), but if you charge for that you should get paid for the time you spent with him. If he was aware of the amount of the donation up front.

But if you didn’t go through with the BCD part of the session, you can’t keep that money. Unless he decides to go ahead and give it to you. But since you were the one who bailed, you should not have kept it, IMO. I’ve had a couple of clients who got beeped or called and had to leave, and they didn’t want the $ back because they were the ones who had to leave. And if a client cancels before anything happens, I believe a cancellation fee, at least, is always warranted. I mean a lady books that time just for him and spends an hour or so getting ready. But YOU were the one that canceled. And if what you said about him leaving the hotel because cops were pulling in, well YEAH!! I would have left too. Sounds like you chose a shady, unsafe “no-tel”. That’s on you too.

You definitely have to listen to your instincts and your gut, and if you didn’t feel safe for any reason; you absolutely have the right to cancel. (As does the client, but he should pay your cancellation fee unless it’s a bait & switch). But you don’t have to go through with anything you don’t want to. But you don’t get paid for that. If you had just given it back, like a lady, none of this mess would have happened. Just my point of view.
