I'm really surprised if you have been active in the Dallas hobby, that you haven't figured out how the HH/socials work.

Girl, I really (in 10 years) only went to 1 social that I know about and it was AH*. So I'm legally blonde(Ale Woods) on this one.

Oh, and as far as the ruling class in Nigeria and grammar, my Dad has a PHD from Michigan State University in CJ. So when I'm home with family, every sentence is pronounced perfect or corrected. (We learn @ home also.)

To my knowledge, the Happy Hours normally start around 6 pm, run to 11 pm and do not have a fee for the ladies.
