Someone catch me up to speed since coming back - What is the reason we can’t have a separate Future Encounters (ISO) type of forum?

I've stopped trying to understand all the rules, I've just learned to abide by them.

Bigger brains than mine make the decisions on this site, not me.

Having ISO’s mixed in with the discussion forum has the be the worst of all possible worlds. surely any other so.ution is better than that. My preference would be to 1) quarantine ISO’s in their own ghetto so they are less distracting and easier to moderate; or 2) just delete every single ISO.

I still think them listing activities on reviews and allowing guys to make comments is gonna bite folks in the ass as well. If the ISO is a no-no the afore mentioned should be a no go to. Originally Posted by Kendall4U

I thought they were going to put the activities and donation in the ROS? Where only vetted hobbyists can see. Maybe I just misunderstood?

It's 2:41am and I see an ISO for a "GF*". I doubt moderators are able to watch posts 24/7. ISOs on an unmoderated board is the Wild West. And ladies post replies publicly instead of by private message... so they are using replies to ISOs to advertise availability now.

The ISOs here make coed feel to me like the P411 Available Now board, but here at eccie they aren't different than a personal ad of the Men seek Women variety.

An ISO is like an ad in the personals on Craigslist, and CL deleted all ads post-FOSTA due they said to inability to moderate ads.

ISOs may already be being used here by LE. Seems unwise to allow them in coed... they feel like spam too. Just my take. I'm grateful for this site.

what is maddening still, is guys not mentioning fees in ROS.. it's totally allowed, yet less that 5% have mentioned fees.

Tell me if I'm way off, but I've always noticed it goes like this:

Monday night, there's an ISO for Ft Worth, and one for Dallas...

with minor exception, the same 6-8 girls who always reply, reply "I'm available! PM Me!" (or something)

Tuesday night there's an ISO for Arlington, one for Frisco, and one for Bedford and the same 6-8 girls who replied on Monday (+ or - one or two) say "Sounds Great! Call Me!" (or something)

Yes - there's occasionally someone who is free that's different or new - but that's rare; and if 99% of the girls won't see without references - and there's this small 1% pool who are like "I'm Down, I want to Session!"...

...Then instead of ISO - why isn't there just a "Daily Available" thread - and all the girls who want to say "Yes! Call Me, Text Me! I want to meet Anyone who wants to meet tonight!" just hit that thread each day they are available with their hours.

IE: I'm available 8pm - 2am

Then those guys who would ISO, just go to that thread and have at it. You want immediate - these are your immediate (if available) options.

You're not going to ever find some girl who says:
  • No Newbies
  • 3 References
  • Screening Required
  • Low Volume
  • By Appointment Only
  • 24 hour notice required
... answering an ISO thread... (But, that's really what it appears people who write ISO threads are searching for - those women, having some sort of "issue", where they are seeking something last minute - and are willing to bend all their (ahh.... "requirements"?) that night.

So yeah, CT is right. Delete all ISOs... but allow a thread as I described above. All ISO is, is "Who's available TODAY?" so let the girls post there is they want.
Or....people can just adapt to changes. I'm an old azz man and not much bothers me. Butt, I was never a whiner. Things change people. The site may be gone again for good tomorrow....then wtf you gonna be crying about. Hopefully, you can still get your brains encountered lol out
