Lol you say never pay a deposit, but you are only thinking at one side of the coin. For me, I have got confirmation multiple times right before I leave for an appointment, they never show. Some of them reputable, all verified. But I wasted my gas, sometimes even getting a room for nothing. So, this is why I don't host anymore, take deposits and enforce the cancellation policy. You may see it as whatever you like, but when it comes down to it...clients have cancelled way more than the women do. And most of the snatch and run bullshit women have reports/alerts on them. So that is up to the client if they choose to see shady ladies....that is super upsetting that men don't see things from our point of view. But I would be curious how this is working for you in terms of your new client gain say 6 mos or so from now.
It is my belief you will see a considerable drop just imo.
And if so will the policy be good or bad for biz...only you will find out.
Then you'll have to ask yourself if there is a decline is this worth it

I would never cancel unless something super important came up and that has never happened. But if a gal said send me 50 a week before you see me...well that is never happening and have to assume most guys are the same way. I get it cancels suck and it's a dirtbag move but it's part of the business. If its working for you nikki great but too many fish in the sea for me to ever send money ahead of time

We shouldn't have to ask anything of someone who calls. They should be MAN enough to know how phone appts work. Call. Show. period. It's not about the excuse they use not to. it's about simple human consideration. If you refuse to acknowledge I deserve respect then dont call and pretend to give it. it's just low class behavior.

The real question for the ladies would be about the number of repeat customers: is there enough to give a steady income without any advertisement? If not, one would need replacement customers.
