Why is my Subscription not extended?

good luck several people been trying to pay/ use PA with no luck ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,getting like at&t

Read the thread. I'm not trying to pay for a new subscription. I'm merely seeking the full PA subscription I previously paid for. The site went down for 2-1/2 months.
