You answered your own question since you do it for your "special" guys. It is special. It is something I don't get at home. But, if it is not on the activities list or in the reviews, then not only do I not ask but usually wont schedule. As I always say, it's your business, your run it the way you see fit.

I think most providers are YMMV when it comes to certain services/activities that may or may not be on the menu.

If you're comfortable with someone, you may want to indulge in something that you wouldn't dare list on your menu.

I have a fetish thing I like to do every once in awhile. I would never list it on my menu! It's one of those things that is done with the right person and at the right time.

I don't take extra donations for anything (PERIOD). There are some providers who will up-sell and ask for extra $ if a hobbyist asks for something they don't offer on the menu. Not me...I have already explained my view on this.
