It was worth retaining an attorney if for no other purpose than to let this person know that we as providers have rights also and when you infringe upon those rights you will pay. I have the right as a human being to not be slandered on the world wide web. My pictures were stolen off of my website. The pictures were copyrighted and right click disabled on my website for my protection. He deliberately ignored the fact that he did not own the pictures of me he used and hacked them off of my website knowing that it was illegal but thinking himself impervious or myself to be powerless.
