Thank you sir but I think I have found my peace in helping others. There are so many guys on here hurting I never thought it was this bad but as you can see there are alot of tortured souls here as well as mine. But for some reason I an content. I know the demon will be coming back but maybe if people can see me go through this struggle they can find hope in themselves to break free. If I beat it then they can beat it too.

That's sage advice. Guest your handle and try your hardest every day to stay out. Like someone who decided to stop drinking, you have to keep yourself out situations where you will be tempted. Hanging around here or 'just checking in' will almost certainly lead to you jumping back in.

I think you need to embrace it as somthing that you are and learn how to control it. This is my plan of attack to beat this I know it sounds stupid but I have tried it the other way and it stays on my mind. This way I face the demons everyday and can prove to myself that I can control myself.

I know it sounds dumb buti think this is the best way for me to deal with this. It is a work in progress for me it has worked so far call me crazy but not running from this is working this time I guess we all have different ways of dealing
