The disaster, as you put it, was watered down from the get go because Obama was trying to find bipartisan support for the healthcare reforms. I think that had it been implemented as designed -- Medicare for All -- it wouldn't have been the disaster that provided health insurance for millions of uninsured Americans.Yeah the 32 TRILLION is just a starting point as with any government program everything multiples exponentially...maybe you can reach in your pocket and dig out the difference
