The USA is obsessed with the trade deficit between the USA and China. If Trump were a strategic thinker instead of playing this by the seat of his pants, we'd be working with Europe, Mexico, Canada, and members of the Transpacific Partnership to pressure China on issues of importance, like intellectual property and access to Chinese markets.
