Oral gonorrhea is uncommon, unlikely to contract. It takes 7-21d to experience symptoms. Maybe a previous encounter was to blame.

Some STDs like chlamydia can transmitted quite easily by oral sex. For instance if a guy has it and gives to a girl from a BJ and she gets infected in the throat, she can then infect another guy's penis. And the scary thing is, there are often no symptoms. Then you can bring that shit home to your SO. I had a scare a few months ago after seeing a well known provider here.
