Contact - but not by phone?

I only have 1 cellphone and would prefer not to have phone numbers on it. Or someone reply back to me and someone else notices it. I'm sure this is a common concern. Buy a lil cheap phone, there are also free phone apps that provider a different number and settings. I know Metro pcs was giving away free phones. They don’t require your real info.
