I can see a change for the playoffs, but not regular season. Either way it is still better than it was before the change to the current system where only a FG would win. That was horrible. At least it takes a full drive now to win. But yes, in playoffs I think both teams should have an offensive chance 1 time.

It is a team sport, but that off side call was the diff.

My opinion won't be popular here, but I think the overtime rules are fine. I don't think the game should change going from the regular season to the playoffs.


Also, as much as people want to assume KC would have done the same thing if they won the toss it is not that easy. Plus the defense had every opportunity to get the ball back or limit NE to a field goal.
