We are borrowing money from China

LOL Papa. I have no life. You guys are the only people that talk to me. And I may give some ground on air and water. (Give ground on air and water, isn't that mud?) But I digress. If the air and water problems are shown to affect interstate commerce, then the Feds would have authority. Doesn't mean they're competent, only that they have authority. That's why I put them in the "incompetent" category. If you think condoms affect interstate commerce, you are only bragging.
^^^^

Condoms + Interstate Commerce = Mann Act violation

COG, the air and water issue has nothing to do with the commerce and everything to do with health. Air and water do not stay in one state. They directly affect other states. If Montana decided to dump as many pollutants as they wanted in the Missouri River, Kansas Citians are directly affected. Missouri and Kansas would have no power to stop the dumping, but the federal government does. Thus, the evil federal government would have to step in to do the work for the people. Air works in the same way. This isn't rocket science, I don't know how you wouldn't have come to this conclusion on your own. It really is basic common sense. Well, maybe I can see why you didnt' come up with this on your own.

Does this mean the government can FORCE you to buy condoms? How about forced sterlization when they decide you've had enough? Or maybe because (like some of you guys) you are too stupid to reproduce?

FYI, this latter event already happened.

Papa, of course they are health issues, but the Constitution doesn't give Congress any authority to legislate health matters. But they do have authority to address issues of interstate commerce. Not to the extent that they have, but they do have authority in that area. If you will look into the enabling legislation for the EPA, you will find a reference to the commerce clause as justification for its enactment.

I'll assume that you're worried about yourself and not me. And I'll also assume that you're worried about the big, bad government forcing you to use condoms.

They answer is YES. The government can force YOU, and only YOU, JD Barleycorn to use condoms. They have robots and old men that come to your house, hold you down, and place condoms on your penis. After all, you NEED to use condoms with all of that gay sex you've been having.
Galt;

A lot of us on here wish that your mother knew to use condoms each and every time!
