Thinking out of the box.........I like Fogo De Chao, you get all different types of steak delivered to your table.
I need to try some of the Steakhouses listed but my fav has always been the hawaiian ribeye at Houston's.

I had a filet at Fleming's in Austin. I only used a fork to eat it. No knife necessary. Don't know if they are the best, but the best I've had so far.

Golden Corral, All you can eat, Good price. Man you can't go Wrong.

Until recently Capital Grille for most tender and tasty strips and filets.

Then I ate at Flemings a couple of tmes earlier this year. My new favorite.

Ruth Chris and ToT steaks are nice and tender but lack good flavor.
Gotta agree with cam. Heard ruth's chris was good, but I found it boring.
A waste of a good cut of meat if you aren't going to put the flame to it.
