Cannot speak for Hands On, but it seems that the Shade enjoys a cozy relationship with Plano PD. Some time ago I watched as Mamasan J carried, shall we say, a spirited conversation with two cops outside the patrol car. I drove on and came back minutes later and nothing had changed. Looked as if good laughs were being shared by all.
