i always tell my computer literacy students:
ask someone first (promotes human interaction).
if they dont know, then ask someone else.
if nobody knows, then ask google.
.... turns out you can ask in many languages. the google translators will generally return websites in the language you asked in. pretty damn smart, if you ask me.
