I have a question for one of the moderators. After two reports of robbery, is this enough to get her banned from Eccie? If not, what does it take?

Sorry KC that this happened to you, but glad you're safe. You might have a talk with that friend. I would think that there would be a way to inform LE anonymously of this. Maybe the tips hotline or a non return address letter.

Yes, a gun is serious. It gets you an automatic 5yrs in Kansas the last time I heard. Still I wouldn't want to fill out a criminal report. Having to state my hooker's manager came in and robbed me, after getting a bj. Especially in OP. They know this and that is why they do it. This why this board and others like it are important. I told this story on ECCIE about 5 to 9 years ago, so if you have read this: that's OK.

I had gotten a ticket for speeding, again, and I had to show up in the KCMO court. The lady before me was charged with robbery, or stealing. I forget the exact charge.

Anyway a guy got up and told his side of the story: he had brought his wallet to a paid session with this woman's room mate. While they were having sex; the room mate snuck in while he was about to finish and took his wallet and ran out the door: He ran after her (nude) and they both wound up out on the public street. The cops were called and gave her a ticket to appear. The escorted him back upstairs to find his clothing.

The girls said it didn't happen, the judge didn't believe them. The escorted the one that took the wallet directly off of the witness chair and straight to jail. The Judge gave her 30 days, and gave the guy his $300 that had been taken.

Yes JR, the cops will go after the gunman and let you off. Because they need a witness and want to get someone dangerous off the street. The point is it takes some guts to make out the report, show up in court and have your name in the official transcripts. Plus you know, you will be told to stay out of that city in the future or else.
