I am not BP bashing I ask because I had a guy who had just joined this site and did 2 reviews on girls from BP and I did some checking and found out the have isseues which makes them less them reliable for a reference check..meaning I highly doubt they would remember him he even said that...and I am seeing this more and more so I that is why I ask...

I know some of the providers on BP are less than perfect but I have seen some very nice and reputable ones that advertise on it. I have had as much success with providers on BP as I have with P411 or Eccie. Just because you have some ok reviews and are on p411 or here doesn't mean your session will be great. I have had a few that were in my mind narcistic and boring. Alot of providers start out on BP and not only are they great in session they are usually less in donation. We have to watch out for ourselves both provider and hobbyist to make sure we are seeing a good one and one thats not members of a governmental agency. With some good conversation on the phone and carfeful planning when in person we can make sure that it's a safe non LE environment. It is in no way to disrepect bp advertisers or agencies, Im sure there are reputable providers on both , but it is strictly due to my personal experience when I have contacted them for a ref. The first time I contacted an agency I was hung up on, ( i was very courteous and polite) and received no reply back via email from others as well so it was basically a joke trying to get a ref from an agency IMO , and I have never had a reply back from a bp girl when I have requested ref.s. I was sitting with my touring buddy one day, and this guy called and use an agency as a ref. It was a legit one. That agency gave her the hardest time. Asked for her phone number and then asked for website, and then asked if the gentlemen could call them and verify. Huh?. Good grief.

Would it have made a difference if the refs were from here on the board.

It depends. If she is a BP only girl with no reviews or any other info, I'd probably pass.

If she were a BP girl with reviews from hobbyists I trust, then probably.

I know for a fact that some girls don't feel the need to screen me simply do to my reputation here. For that, I'm flattered.

I research the providers info, if he saw her off bp but I find her on other boards it is ok , otherwise BP only no way.I tend to only like refs of well known ladies who I see are active on the boards . Agencies are hard .Most never will get back to you .Some do but it is very rare .Again would have to check up on them as well , just like we screen you we first screen your previous refs so we can make sure they are legit .

lets face it ..here lately when LE has done stings they have used BP ads to get info on the people and then used it in stings and even turned some BP gals where they worked for LE to catch the johns.
I do not use BP ads and would never consider calling one of them and if the lady is not on eccie with reviews or another well known board or p411 i dont consider her.
Its just not smart at this time to trust BP gals with no other references and im not trying to knock anybody im just saying to be careful or you will wind up on the front page of your local newspaper.

Agencies are not really the same as individual references. When you give me a lady as a reference, I may or may not know the lady, but at least when I contact her I am contacting the person who screened you, met you, and did what I am hoping to do with you. When I contact an agency, I have no idea if the phone girl actually does the screening, and I know she has no idea what you're like in bed. Any statements from her are kind of pointless.

There are a few agencies that I know well enough to call both the booker and the lady in question, but not many.

Regarding the original topic, I don't take references from unverifiable ladies. Gentlemen that have contacted me generally have no problem submitting additional info if I can't accept their references. And hey, if they do happen to have a problem, it's not like they have to make it *my* problem - they can just go see someone else.

As far as agencies are concerned, they're supposed to be your one stop shop for girls. The premise is that when they screen you, they will not release your information about your rendezvous with ANYONE (which we know isn't always true). You were never there. Giving references just throws plausible deniability of your patronage out of the window.

As far as accepting references from unverifiable ladies are concerned, I think it's been summed up pretty well. You have to not have all your eggs in one basket. I can't speak for anyone else, but I was there once. I had reviews two years before I knew anything about them. Thank goodness they were all positive. Once I put the thought into what I was doing, things got that much better for me. Give these ladies a little time. They'll come around.

For my own safety I've NEVER seen an agency girl, just the verified on ECCIE, TER, P411.

Screening can be such a hassle sometimes. If the guy is a reputable poster on eccie, or TER I do little screening. Your reviews speak for themselves. Or if he has P411. When it comes to guys that contact me via a BP ad I do ALOT more screening which usualy equals more cancellations, but better safe than sorry!

I agree Burk. When I first started using BP I had some issues and would complain about the fake pictures and scams. But in certain areas BP is all there is! I have met some VERY nice ladies on BP. Low volume flying under the radar. Not to mention, I have met a bunch of first timers. Love the new "I'll give it a try" providers.
