I’m guessing that the OP may have been making a light-hearted comment about the perceived “typical” WalMart customer. Walmart probably figures that many customers may not have more than an extra $5-$10 in their accounts to get additional cash back, so rather than loading their self-checkout machines with $20s or $100s, they simply load them with a shitload of $5s... and maybe one or two $10s...
