BTW, I'm not defending her. I'm defending the system. Flawed as it may be, it's better than trial by mob.

An accomplished actress means nothing to me. If they're accomplished it means they are good at pretense, lying and deception. In past societies being a performer meant very little except for the fact they entertained people, but were from and except for a few remained in the lower rings of society It did not mean they were any better than anyone else. Today successful performers are asked to testify before The Congress, unduly have the opportunity to media access to promote their own agenda's etc...

Actors and Actress are constantly feted as being superior being to the rest of this for no other reason than the almighty dollar, and in one hundred years from now it will be the yuan
I Admit I Followed That Whole Trial (Yes She is Very Pretty) But Besides That....I Understand The Reasons The Jury Had 2 make The decisions....That does In NO WAY mean she is Innocent...The WHOLE family is Prob Guilty but Nothing was Solid Enough 2 Actaully Do What Should Be done...They are ALL gonna have 2 Live w/This (Beautiful Baby Girl Dead) & Will Be Living In Hell Just Being Free! Even Casey @ Such a Young Age...She can Never Live a "Normal" Free Life! (Prob Better Or Safer In Jail) ...I am Not actaully sure If she was Murdered 2 Start w/ Or she had an Accident & The Family ALL Fukked Up BEYOND Doing any Thing The way They SHOULD have!...It is VERY sad.....I Think Little Caylee May Be Looking Down From Heaven "Giving Them All" another Chance...She is In Peace & They are In Hell...
Well,I Never Wish Bad on anybody but That was a Very awful situation & We may Never Know Exactly who,What When Or where...But The Truth Usually comes Out.....~Exotic Beauty~

As far as being "innocent" in the biblical sense, Caylee is no doubt, and all children her age,....otherwise I do not recall having met a "truly innocent" person beyond Caylee's age group.

This sad story is not about "God" or any supreme being. It's about humans.

As I said: The jury doesn't make a finding of "innocent" because she is.

Edit/Supplement:

I have up graded my 99.99% to 100%

Quote from actual jury instructions as posted:
"PLEA OF NOT GUILTY; REASONABLE DOUBT; AND BURDEN OF PROOF
"The defendant has entered a plea of not guilty. This means you must presume or believe the defendant is innocent. The presumption stays with the defendant as to each material allegation in the indictment through each stage of the trial unless it has been overcome by the evidence to the exclusion of and beyond a reasonable doubt.

"To overcome the defendant's presumption of innocence, the State has the burden of proving the crime with which the defendant is charged was committed and the defendant is the person who committed the crime."

http://insession.blogs.cnn.com/2011/...anthony-trial/

I recognize that the "official" document is tucked away at the Courthouse, but given the detail and information contained in the posted document I give it a 100% as to accuracy on that particular point regarding the instruction, which is "universal" in this country, if not to the letter to the general wording regarding the presumption of innocence.
Bottom line.... I'd do her.
