I wouldn't say ECCIE is neutered. Just a different model - reviews and talk here, find your ads somewhere else. Which quite frankly could work well.

It is not like we had a ton of ads in Pittsburgh to begin with. Didn't stop guys from seeing who they wanted and posting reviews that others could then use as a guide. The reviews are what is valuable, not ads.

Major changes indeed. No galleries or ads is a big deal. Not sure if you can still post the links from other sites that do have pics of the provider in your encounter. That would be a small victory. Look, I’m not bashing ECCIE, they did what they had to do. It will be much different going forward.
