Colin K. still wants an NFL job

The ass hole didn't like the terms of the workout specified by the league. They wanted a liability waiver.(who can blame them).
Kap moves the workout to a high school field and shows up wearing a Kunta Kinte T-Shirt.
Dude doesn't want in the league or he'd start acting like he belonged there.
I doubt he could hang in the league. The workout was unimpressive.
What it did was get some talking heads stirred up again when he had all but been forgotten about.

This was nothing more than a publicity stunt to try and stay relevant in the social justice arena...Not the NFL.

Basically he ain’t shit. I’d take smith over him right now even tho smith is coming of a massive injury!

Ok. So if you had to take one of these. Who would you pick?

Chicken legs
Johnny (fucked up) football

Scroll past Stephen A's dumbass and get to Max at the 3:30 mark.

Enjoy ;-)

Alex smith was like 6 -2 that year and got hurt after their bye week They were already on top of their division. Not putting smith back in was dumb AF. And replacing smith with chicken legs was the biggest mistake they could have made. Smith went on to kill Ou with the chief’s and Kap just declined. He’s not that good and he is a distraction.
It’s his own fault he didn’t get to do this workout in a real stadium new aide he didn’t want to sign the disclaimer. I’m his whole thing is a joke. But what do I know. I’m just a girl. :-) Originally Posted by ZantannaParella

I get why the owners don't want to touch Kap. They care about their money. But to say that there are 32 QBs better than him is ridiculous. He stood up for a valid cause. He was peaceful while doing so. I respect the hell out of what he did because it encouraged other athletes to follow him. That's a leader.

The NFL was setting him up for bullshit with their controlled workout and he changed the narrative. He won't get an NFL job, but I doubt he gives a shit. He has Nike money coming in now. And he just gave another big "fuck you" to the NFL by telling them that they won't control him. I never gave a shit about the guy either way before, but I do like him now. He puts his money where his mouth is. Very few people can say the same.

Bottom line.....he should have kept his actions and his fucking mouth shut and do what he was hired to do.....play professional football. He squandered an opportunity that many people better than him would have killed for.....and for what?.....

Russ, I hear you. But, he had a platform that few people have to protest. He took advantage of that. To me, that's understandable. I doubt he fully realized the eventual backlash he would get. I think it is fair to say that he overestimated his value in the league. He's a barely above average QB who the owners are obviously not willing to sign due to his possible negative impact on their bottom line.

He will have a legacy though and you can't put a price on that. He stood up for what he believes in and I respect that. He already made his millions and he'll keep making millions with or without the NFL.
Exactly. He was paid way more than he should have for someone who was declining every year. Look at his stats! Decline like a mofo.

And there are 32 other QBs in the league better than him. It doesn’t necessarily have to be starters. There are a lot of good back ups just waiting for their time. So F him. He should have concentrated More on being a QB on the field and worked on world peace off the field
