Got Hit By A 18 Wheeler!! Any Lawyers?

I was in the car with Champagne as well as 2 prodigy's. The trucking company's insurance company stated that our witness statements wouldn't even be considered. It had to be an outside witness, even though the 3 of us were in the car with Champagne to see it up close.
Was anyone injured? If there are no injuries your insurance will pay to get your car repaired ( minus deductible) if you have full coverage and then reimburse you once they have settled with the other insurance company ( if it can be proven the other driver was at at fault). If you only have liability it can take awhile to get all the details sorted out legally.
Again if no one was injured there really is no money to be made for a lawyer to take the case

Lawyers do not on principle. They work for money.
A lawyer won’t touch it just to recover auto damages... there has to be “pain and suffering” to make it worth their while...
was there a police report made? Do you have uninsured/underinsured coverage? Best thing to do is ask your insurance company to fix this, and let them go after this guys insurance!
I am in the trucking industry, and many carriers are “self insured”...
if you’ve got a police report that puts this on him, then just keep calling! The squeaky wheel gets the grease!

I'm not going to say what I do but I have been dealing in this industry for over 30 years. His company should have declared liability based on a police report. As far as a claim for anything else lawyers look for bodily injury because since 2004 (Texas tort reform) they can only base your claim on medical bills. So no medical bills = no case.If amyone wants a great bodily injury attorney DON'T go to the BIGS like Adler and Davis and TJHenry. You will be nothing to them just like McDonalds 50 billionth customer.
So glad you're okay though, Champagne. I hope your lawyer can resolve this for ya.
