Interesting that they were only charged with "Prostitution by Massage", a considerably lesser charge than regular Prostitution which itself is a misdemeanor on the first offense. Prostitution by Massage indicates a licensed therapist offering a handy. If I remember correctly, and I admit it's possible I might not, only a licensed therapist is prohibited from offering handjobs (actual Prostitution requires inserting a penis into an orifice) and the penalty isn't much more than loss of her license. Much more of a slap on the wrist than than the penalty for the full service we know they provided. This was more of a "please go somewhere else so you don't upset the neighbors" raid than really trying to hurt them.
