CoronaV is currently level 2 as of 2/23 (which actually doesn't have biosuits recomended).

Trump actually read a prepared by med staff script and although folks are tweaked about it being insufficient, level 2 is a 2.
Btw, some folks not in bio-suits during the airplane evacs is actually a non-issue, as its not a level 4.

But, all the medical literature worldwide is saying wash hands, avoid direct contact with, cover nose when sneezing, etc. So no med professional has moved off L2 yet.
So why do we see bio suits? Cause folks are scared.
Ignoring that its a pain to pilot in a flight suit, it's impossible in a bio. And, I've worn bio a couple times at hazmat sites. Frankly they leak and also tear easily to the point of being almost worthless.
