Good point on casinos. I couldn't care less if they went out of business but many love to throw their money away there.

I agree but limit the money to people who need it. I don't need it. I have lost no income. Just about anyone who works in the travel industry needs it. I don't think this is going to work. This had little effect when both Bush and Obama did it, and the situation then was much less serious. Most of the money will not be spent in an economy on disposable things when necessities like food may be insecure. You may even not be able to even buy disposable income products (ex. Amazon has stopped selling non-essential goods for the time being). I know if I get a check, I'm depositing it (just like I did with the checks from Bush and Obama) and not spending a dime of it unless necessary...and I still have my job for the time being.

This is a cashflow problem. Put all mortgages on "national holiday" without accruing any interest/late fees/penalties. This will allow homeowners to use any available money for just groceries/utilities (although some utility companies are also being mandated to not do any disconnects at this moment as well), and landlords to "forgive" any missed rent payments.
