The Wuhan "Wet Market" - Supposedly where the COVID19 originated

of course it is.. I have been to a number of these Markets, local residents get there early, like 6:00 a.m., to buy meat.. if you are late, after 8:00, it's too late.. the Sun has already been beating for 2 hours, and, well.. you don't want to pick up a virus, do you? there one question since this is an issue of freshness...

is there any taste difference between fresh food processed from a wet marked vs. fresh food that is processed in the cold market.
When I was married to my ex wife we went to an aunt out in the Puerto Rican country side. We had simple roasted chicken. It was the best chicken I've ever had tasted with very little seasoning.

When my then wife asked for her secret her aunt said she killed the chicken that morning.

Watch the movie "Chasing Papi". It's got a lot of truth to it. She was a devout follower of Walter Mercado. And it stars a young Sofia Vergara and other hot latinas.
