Thre tech goods were putting Covid 19 trackers on phones at this time. That is what caused the service glitch. You can find the covid tracker under settings - Google settings on android phones...not sure where on i phone as i don't have one

I think it’s safe to say that many cell phone carriers experienced outages for several hours today (Google it). More than likely that’s what caused the lapse in communication. You can send me an email to resolve the issue!
