I talked with a shop owner after dinner last week and he told me thathis cost for beef has doubled. And friends have told me about huge price hikes in MDF and plywood plus dimensional lumber. So a 10% increase in the last 10 years is absolutely nothing comparison wise. Interestingly my income dropped about 80%.
